Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in raisins.
Scoop dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
