Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpea flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon Black salt (Kala Namak)
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ cup Chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, tomatoes)

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, turmeric, black salt, and baking powder. Whisk until smooth.
  2. 2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. 3. Pour half of the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly.
  4. 4. Sprinkle chopped vegetables on top of the batter.
  5. 5. Cook for about 5 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot.
