Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 medium Zucchini cut into sticks
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs use panko for extra crunch
  • ½ cup Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, pour the almond milk.
  4. Dip each zucchini stick into the almond milk, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on the baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle the zucchini sticks with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy. Serve immediately.
