- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup optional
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract optional
- 0.5 cup Fresh Berries for topping
1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
4. In the morning, give it a good stir and top with fresh berries before serving.
