  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Peanut butter smooth or chunky
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add peanut butter, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
