  • 1 cup Peanut Butter creamy
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add rolled oats, baking soda, and salt to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly with the back of the spoon.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
