  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Vegan butter cold and cubed
  • ¼ cup Ice water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2. Add the cold, cubed vegan butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. 3. Gradually add the ice water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
  4. 4. Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place it into a pie dish.
  6. 6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
