Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast

Toppings

  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread tomato sauce over the dough.
  7. Add vegan cheese and mixed vegetables as toppings.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
