- 2 cups Jackfruit drained and shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 cup Vegetable Broth
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the shredded jackfruit and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
4. Pour in vegetable broth, soy sauce, and maple syrup. Stir to combine.
5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Increase heat to medium-high and cook for another 10 minutes until the liquid is mostly evaporated and the jackfruit is slightly crispy.
7. Serve hot with tortillas, salsa, and your favorite toppings.
