Ingredients

  • 1 cup seitan
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the seitan pieces with the mixture.
  4. Place the coated seitan on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
