  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares.
