  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Vegan Chocolate Chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond butter, and maple syrup.
  3. Add pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Fold in vegan chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before cutting into squares.
