  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
  3. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, almond milk, vegetable oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Lightly grease the waffle iron and pour the batter onto the hot iron.
  6. Cook until the waffles are golden brown and crisp.
