Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw Cashews soaked in water for 2 hours
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies drained

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine cashews, water, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.
