  • 1 block Firm Tofu drained and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add crumbled tofu to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in nutritional yeast, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tofu is heated through and slightly crispy.
  5. 5. Serve hot.
