Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lentils, cooked
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 4 Burger buns

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Stir in cooked lentils, tomato sauce, tomato paste, maple syrup, soy sauce, chili powder, and smoked paprika. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Serve the mixture on burger buns. Enjoy!
