Vegan Slow Cooker Chili Recipe
A hearty and delicious vegan chili made in a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cans Diced tomatoes
- 2 cans Black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups Vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
2. Stir to combine.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
