Vegan Southern Peach Cobbler

Main Ingredients
- 6 cups Peaches, sliced
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Almond milk
- ½ cup Vegan butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the peaches and half of the sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and the remaining sugar.
Stir in the almond milk, melted vegan butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Spoon the peaches and their juices evenly over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
