Ingredients

  • 500 g Green beans trimmed
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 Red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and enjoy!
