Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta Use any type of pasta you like
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Chopped
  • 1 cup Artichoke Hearts Chopped
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk Full-fat
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chopped spinach and artichoke hearts to the pan. Cook until the spinach is wilted.
  4. 4. Pour in the coconut milk and add nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
