  • 2 Whole grain sandwich rolls
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the vegan steak strips and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. 3. Slice the sandwich rolls and toast them lightly.
  4. 4. Spread vegan mayo and mustard on the rolls.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and cooked vegan steak strips.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
