Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup Sliced carrots
  • 1 cup Snap peas
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Mix in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
