Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well to coat the vegetables.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
