Main Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups diced strawberries
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, combine almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in diced strawberries.
Divide batter evenly into a muffin tin lined with paper liners.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
