Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs preferably whole wheat
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped spinach, nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
