Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf bread, cubed
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, cooked vegetables, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and toss until well combined.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
