Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 1 unit Cucumber cut into strips
  • 1 unit Carrot cut into strips
  • 1 unit Avocado sliced

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the rice in a rice cooker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Once the rice is cooked, fold in the vinegar mixture.
  4. Place a nori sheet on a sushi mat, shiny side down. Spread an even layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  5. Arrange cucumber, carrot, and avocado strips in a line along the bottom edge of the rice.
  6. Using the sushi mat, roll the nori tightly around the fillings. Seal the edge with a little water.
  7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
