  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, and almond butter. Mix well.
  3. Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
