Vegan Sweet Potato Brownies Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
 - ½ cup maple syrup
 - ½ cup almond butter
 - ¼ cup cocoa powder
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
 - ¼ teaspoon salt
 
 
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, and almond butter. Mix well.
Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
