Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu drained and crumbled
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black salt (kala namak)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Drain and crumble tofu into a bowl.
  2. Add turmeric, black salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and nutritional yeast.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add tofu mixture to the pan.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
