Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra firm tofu pressed and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
  • 8 small Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sliced avocado
  • 1 cup Vegan sour cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the crumbled tofu and cook until it starts to brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing the tofu mixture in the tortillas and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and vegan sour cream.
