Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the crumbled tofu and cook until it starts to brown, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
5. Assemble the tacos by placing the tofu mixture in the tortillas and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and vegan sour cream.
