  • ¼ cup vegan mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup celery finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Mash chickpeas in a bowl.
  2. Mix in vegan mayo, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  3. Add red onion and celery.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix well and serve.
