Main Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup vegan mayo
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup celery finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mash chickpeas in a bowl.
Mix in vegan mayo, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
Add red onion and celery.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve.
