Vegan Tzatziki Recipe
A refreshing and creamy vegan tzatziki sauce made with cucumber, vegan yogurt, garlic, and fresh dill.

- 1 cup grated cucumber
- 1 cup vegan yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, combine the grated cucumber, vegan yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped dill.
Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
