- 1 cup Coconut Yogurt
- 1 cup Cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
2. Whisk everything together until well combined.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
