Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
3. Add carrots, celery, and zucchini. Cook for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, basil, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Add green beans and peas. Cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
