  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the almond milk, maple syrup, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Grease the waffle iron if needed and pour the batter onto the waffle iron. Cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown.
