  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
