Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Almond Milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the almond milk and apple cider vinegar. Let it sit for a minute to curdle.
  3. Add the vanilla extract to the milk mixture.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
