Brownie Batter
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, flour, cocoa powder, sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
