Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block tofu cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add tofu and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Return tofu to the pan. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
