Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans), boiled and mashed
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon oil for shallow frying

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.
  2. Add chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix again.
  4. Shape the mixture into small cutlets.
  5. Coat each cutlet with bread crumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
