Main Ingredients
- 1 unit Red Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 unit Yellow Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 unit Green Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 unit Red Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 8 unit Flour Tortillas
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Cook until they start to soften, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly.
4. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
5. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
6. Serve the vegetable mixture in the warm tortillas. Enjoy!
