Vegetable Hummus Wraps Recipe
Quick and easy vegan wraps filled with fresh vegetables and hummus.

Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- to taste Salt and pepper
Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla.
Layer cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, and spinach on top of the hummus.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half if desired.
