Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 cups Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup Diced Carrots
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Chopped Bell Peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  4. Add potatoes, carrots, peas, and bell peppers. Stir well.
  5. Add garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Pour in water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
