Ingredients

  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrot slices
  • 1 cup Bell pepper strips
  • 1 cup Zucchini slices
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and zucchini to the skillet. Stir well.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
