Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Vegan butter cold
  • ¼ cup Cold water
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut in the vegan butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. 3. Gradually add cold water, mixing until the dough forms. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. In another bowl, combine potatoes, carrots, peas, onion, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into circles. Place filling in the center of each circle, fold over, and seal the edges.
  6. 6. Place pasties on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
