Ingredients 

Filling

  • 2 cups Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup Green Peas boiled
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Dough

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Oil
  • 0.5 cup Water as needed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add mashed potatoes and green peas.
  2. 2. Add garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, oil, and water to make a dough. Knead well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle, cut in half, and form a cone.
  5. 5. Fill the cone with the vegetable mixture and seal the edges.
  6. 6. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the samosas until golden brown. Serve hot.
