Instructions
1. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add mashed potatoes and green peas.
2. Add garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
3. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, oil, and water to make a dough. Knead well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle, cut in half, and form a cone.
5. Fill the cone with the vegetable mixture and seal the edges.
6. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the samosas until golden brown. Serve hot.
