Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add the soy sauce and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
