Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Carrots chopped
  • 2 cups Celery chopped
  • 2 cups Onions chopped
  • 1 cup Tomatoes chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic smashed
  • 8 cups Water
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 pcs Bay Leaves

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to a large pot.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  3. 3. Strain the stock and discard the solids.
  4. 4. Let the stock cool before storing.
