Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
