Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
  • 1 cup Broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
