Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the julienned carrots and sliced bell peppers. Stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
Add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 2 more minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir-fry for another minute.
Serve hot.
