Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 2 cups Cabbage shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the julienned carrots and sliced bell peppers. Stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 2 more minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir-fry for another minute.
  7. Serve hot.
